Marketing Communications Privacy Notice
NOVO DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Novo Camping”), in its capacity as the data controller, takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
Our aim, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the “Law”), is to inform you in the most transparent manner regarding the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the recipient groups to whom it is transferred, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights.
During the process, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS) to you in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.

Contact: E-mail Address, Phone Number, Address
Marketing: Cookie records, information obtained through marketing/campaign activities; favorites, likes, behaviors, preferences, search history, segments, cookie and advertising identifier/ID information, communication preferences, survey responses, demographic information, customer requests/complaints, location.

3- Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected based on your declarations during transactions via the www.novocamping.com website and mobile application.
All personal data processed during this process is processed for the purposes stated above, based on the legal ground of “explicit consent of the data subject” as specified in Article 5 of the Law.
4- Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data (name, surname, e-mail, phone, and address), based on the legal ground of your explicit consent, may be shared with:

5- Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
If you submit your requests regarding your rights to Novo Camping through the methods regulated below, Novo Camping will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the first ten pages of the response. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee requested by Novo Camping will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
As data subjects, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Law, and request notification of this to third parties,
Object to an outcome against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your request regarding these rights in Turkish, in writing with documents verifying your identity to the address: Yukarı Mah. Serhat Sok. Huzur Apt. No:8/4 Kartal/İstanbul, via registered electronic mail (KEP) to novodistic@hs01.kep.tr, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Novo Camping reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
The following are mandatory in your application:
Name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing),
T.R. Identity Number for Turkish citizens; nationality, passport number (or ID number if available) for foreigners,
Residential or workplace address for notification,
E-mail address, telephone, and fax number for notification,
The subject of the request, along with any relevant information and documents.
Data subjects who have consented to receiving commercial electronic messages from Novo Camping may, at any time and without stating any reason, refuse to be contacted for general and special campaigns, advantages, product/service promotions, advertising, market research surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications via their provided contact information.
Data subjects/members can send their refusal notification through www.novocamping.com or the other relevant channels mentioned above.
Upon the clear notification of the data subject, communications for the specified channels will be stopped within the maximum legal period (though legally required transactions and communications will continue).
