Returns and Exchanges

As the Novo Camping family, we would be happy to assist you as quickly as possible if you wish to return your product, subject to the following conditions.

What are the product return conditions?

 

You can return products purchased from novocamping.com within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date, provided that the products are unused, the labels are intact, the product packaging and the product itself are undamaged, and it is in a resalable condition.

 

Is the exchange process underway?

 

Exchanges are not available for products purchased from novocamping.com.

 

What procedure should be followed in the return process?

-Please pack the product securely in its original packaging, with all accessories and the label intact, exactly as it arrived.

-To initiate a return, you can send your product(s) free of charge along with your invoice and the return code you can request through the channels listed on our Contact page.

- Do not test the product(s) outdoors. Returns are not accepted for used products.

-After your return shipment reaches us, the relevant department will check and approve the return within 3 (three) business days. -For returns of purchases made with debit (bank) or credit cards, the time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on your bank. Your refund will be returned to your bank in the same way you made the payment (installment purchases will be refunded in installments).

-For purchases made via bank transfer, refunds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days at the latest.

 

Our return policy may vary depending on the "Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and its Implementation Methods" and our company's practices.
