Returns and Exchanges
What are the return conditions?You may return products purchased from novocamping.com within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, with original tags intact, undamaged, and in a resalable condition, including their original packaging.Do you offer exchanges?We do not offer exchanges for products purchased from novocamping.com.How can I return a product I purchased?You can initiate your return by going to the “My Orders” section in your account, selecting the product(s) you wish to return along with the reason for return, and clicking the return button to generate your return code.Place the product(s) you wish to return back into the original box received with your order.You can send your return free of charge by providing your return code to our contracted shipping company.Once your return request is approved after evaluation, the product amount will be refunded to your card using the original payment method.What is the return process?-Please pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, with tags intact, exactly as received.-You can send your return free of charge via our contracted shipping company along with the product and invoice.-Do not test or use the product outdoors. Returns are not accepted for used items.-Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be reviewed and approved within 3 (three) business days, provided it meets the return conditions.-For payments made by debit or credit card, the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (installment payments will be refunded in installments).-For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be issued to your account within a maximum of 7 business days.Our return conditions may vary in accordance with Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and its implementing regulations, as well as our company policies.
