What are the product return conditions?
You can return products purchased from novocamping.com within 30 (thirty) days from the date your order was delivered to you, provided that they are unused, the label has not been cut, the product packaging and the product itself are undamaged, and they are in resalable condition.
If the product packaging is damaged, a deduction of 20% of the product price will be applied.
Is an exchange process available?
No exchange process is available for products purchased from novocamping.com.
What steps should be followed during the return process?
-Pack the product securely in its original packaging, with all accessories, and with the label intact, in the same condition it was delivered to you.
-You can send the product, along with your invoice and completed return form, free of charge using our contracted shipping service, using our customer number “xxxxxxxx”.
-Do not test the product(s) outdoors. Returns are not accepted for used products.
-Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be reviewed by the relevant department within 3 (three) business days to verify compliance with return conditions. -For returns of purchases made with a debit (bank) or credit card, the timing of the refund to your account may vary depending on your bank. Your refund will be returned to your bank in the same manner as your payment (installment purchases will be refunded in installments).
-For purchases made by bank transfer, payments will be refunded to your account within 1-2 business days.
