At Novo Camping, we take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Novo Camping products are covered by a warranty valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

To benefit from the warranty service, products must be used in accordance with the specified terms of use.

• Wear and tear resulting from usage contrary to the conditions stated in the user manual (especially for products requiring assembly), unusual use, or malfunctions arising from user error are excluded from the warranty coverage.

• The warranty period begins on the delivery date and is valid for 2 years. Products replaced under the warranty are limited to the remaining warranty period of the originally purchased item.

Novo Camping reserves the right to withdraw or re-introduce all or part of the products sold on its website. In cases where the production of a warranted product has been discontinued, its sale on the website has ended, or stock supply has ceased for various reasons, warranty repairs/replacements may not be performed for that specific model. In such instances, Novo Camping will provide a free exchange with an equivalent product; if an equivalent product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Novo Camping reserves the right to inspect the product in question and take delivery for examination to provide the warranty service.
